Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about setting up, billing, and adopting Springbase AI in Nepal.

What is Springbase AI?

Springbase AI is a unified, collaborative AI Operating System and workspace. Unlike basic chatbots, Springbase combines over 350 frontier AI models (including GPT-5, Claude Opus, Gemini, and Grok) with automated recipes, interactive canvases, and automated meeting notes inside a single web interface.

How do I access Springbase AI in Nepal?

You can sign up directly at springbase.ai. To enable local billing in Nepalese Rupees (NPR), dedicated onboarding workshops, and Kathmandu-based customer support, register your account plan through The Mindsnack.

What does it cost and are there limits?

The basic plan is free forever (NPR 0). Paid professional tier plans start at NPR 1,499 per month. Our highest tier, featuring unlimited usage, high-priority model queues, and enterprise data security controls, costs NPR 13,999 per month.

Can we pay in NPR without a USD dollar card?

Yes. The Mindsnack is the official local partner and distributor. We solve the payment barrier by accepting eSewa, Khalti, FonePay, and local bank transfers. We provide a VAT-compliant local tax invoice and activate your workspace plan within 2 hours of payment confirmation.

What local onboarding support is provided?

For organizations and professional teams, The Mindsnack provides hands-on setup, integrates company templates into Springbase Canvas, creates custom automated workflows (recipes), and holds weekly training sessions in Kathmandu to ensure your team adapts quickly.

Is our company data secure?

Yes. Springbase AI is built on enterprise privacy guidelines. None of your inputs, private documents, or meeting transcriptions are used by OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google to train public models. Furthermore, enterprise plans feature end-to-end encryption keys.
